Job Description
Social Media Management:
- Plan and schedule social media posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create engaging, on-brand content, including graphics, captions, and stories, using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly, ensuring a positive brand image.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas to improve audience engagement.
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly reports.
E-Commerce Support:
- Upload and update product listings, descriptions, and images on platforms like WooCommerce or Shopify.
- Assist in inventory updates, price adjustments, and promotional offers.
- Ensure the e-commerce platform is visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Monitor website traffic and performance metrics, identifying potential areas for optimization.
Market Research:
- Conduct research on competitors' social media and e-commerce strategies.
- Analyze market trends to suggest improvements for social media campaigns and product listings.
Administrative Support:
- Help maintain a content calendar for social media and e-commerce tasks.
- Organize digital assets and maintain a structured file system.
