Job Description
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media platforms.
- Assist in tracking social media performance and analyzing metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and assist in content brainstorming.
- Support the creation of graphics, captions, and other content for posts.
- Help manage social media advertising campaigns under supervision.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with broader campaigns.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: At least 6 Months of experience managing or assisting with social media accounts (internships acceptable).
Skills & Competencies:
- Social Media Tools: Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Content Creation: Basic graphic design or content creation skills
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track and analyze social media metrics
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a content calendar.
