Job Description
- Manage and optimize CRM software
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer experience and retention.
- Train and support staff on CRM system usage and best practices.
- Monitor CRM performance and generate reports on key metrics (e.g., sales pipeline, customer lifecycle).
- Ensure seamless integration between CRM and other business systems.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure effective use of CRM.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and tools.
- Ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills for training and supporting staff.
