Job Description
We are looking for a Documentation and QA Specialist to handle the creation, maintenance, and review of technical documentation, while also performing quality assurance testing to ensure product quality. This dual role combines writing clear, concise documentation with ensuring that products meet required standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation: Create and update technical manuals, user guides, and internal documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure document accuracy.
- QA Testing: Develop and execute test cases, identify bugs, and track defects. Perform manual and automated testing to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers, to ensure documentation and products are accurate and high
Job Specification
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or related field.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year
- Skills:
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with tools
- Experience with QA methodologies and testing tools
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Additional Attributes:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
