Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Australian Culture & Experience Instructor to educate Nepalese students preparing to move to Australia. The ideal candidate should have lived in Australia for at least 5 years and possess a deep understanding of Australian lifestyle, cultural differences, work environments, and essential settlement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on Australian lifestyle, laws, work culture, and student life.
- Guide students on cultural adaptation, workplace etiquette, and daily life essentials in Australia.
- Develop interactive learning materials and deliver engaging workshops.
- Assist students with insights on Australian education systems, accommodation, and employment opportunities.
- Provide mentorship and address students' concerns regarding life in Australia.
- Collaborate with the team to improve training programs based on student needs and feedback.
Job Specification
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must have lived in Australia for at least 5 years.
- Strong understanding of Australian lifestyle, culture, work environment, and settlement processes.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Passion for helping students adapt to a new country.
