Job Description
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their assigned tables.
  • Manage waitlists during peak times and provide accurate wait-time estimates.
  • Ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable while waiting.
  • Answer phone calls and handle reservations, cancellations, or inquiries about the restaurant.
  • Maintain the reservation system to avoid overbooking or double-booking.
  • Address guest questions or concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Collaborate with restaurant staff to accommodate special requests or dietary needs.
  • Collect feedback from guests to share with management.
  • Keep the front desk and reception area organized and tidy.
  • Monitor and stock menus, promotional materials, or reservation tools.
  • Assist with takeaway orders or online order pickups when needed.
