Job Description
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their assigned tables.
- Manage waitlists during peak times and provide accurate wait-time estimates.
- Ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable while waiting.
- Answer phone calls and handle reservations, cancellations, or inquiries about the restaurant.
- Maintain the reservation system to avoid overbooking or double-booking.
- Address guest questions or concerns professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to accommodate special requests or dietary needs.
- Collect feedback from guests to share with management.
- Keep the front desk and reception area organized and tidy.
- Monitor and stock menus, promotional materials, or reservation tools.
- Assist with takeaway orders or online order pickups when needed.
