Job Description
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or similar field with at least 3 years of counseling experience.
  • Basic knowledge of national and International labour Laws & standards.
  • Good command in English and Nepali languages and good computer skills.
  • Strong report writing skills.
  • Based in Kathmandu with frequent field visits out of valley
     
Job Specification
  • Provide counseling to trainees and their families, contractors, employers.
  • Moniitor the status of trainee’s family and financial condition.Supervise the day‐to‐day activities of GoodWeave project activities and reporting to the Project Coordinator.
  • Develop case stories and success stories of trainees.
  • Monitor the activities of trainees during trainings and prepare the progress and evaluation
    reports.
  • Follow up with the trainees with their income status and reporting.
  • Regular reporting to supervisor on project activities.  Support in finalization of training venue with close coordination with Program Assistant.
  • Work as a key role in the recruitment of trainees and maintain the filing system of trainee’s personal information.
  • Assist the supervisor in preparation of activity plans, budgets and reports.  Carry out other jobs instructed by senior of officials of NGF.
