Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Japanese Language Instructors with a strong command of the language and a passion for teaching. The primary responsibility will be to teach Japanese language learners up to JLPT N3/N2 level, prepare students for exams, and provide guidance on Japanese culture and etiquette.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and interactive Japanese language classes.
- Prepare lesson plans and tailor content according to the proficiency level of students.
- Provide individual support to students needing extra help.
- Assist in preparing students for JLPT N5 to N2 level examinations.
- Incorporate Japanese cultural elements to enrich the learning experience.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ progress and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic meetings.
Job Specification
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Must have completed JLPT N3 or N2 certification.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Japanese language instruction.
- Male candidates only (as per requirement).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of Japanese culture and etiquette.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
