Job Description
- Global Tech's Software Installation & Configuration
- Client Site Visit and Online / Offline Software Training Support.
- Provides assistance and technical support to users and clients experiencing issues with software applications.
- Troubleshooting software problems, offering guidance on software usage, and collaborating with development teams to address and resolve issues.
- Accounting concept known and account background is preferred
- 2 Wheel Driving Licensee compulsory or in process
Job Specification
- Good Knowledge of Basic Computer , Word , Excel, PowerPoint, Email Internet, Other online platform
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
