Job Description
- Issue sales bills and invoices accurately and in an accurate time.
- Record and update sales transactions in the accounting system.
- Process purchase entries, ensuring accurate recording of expenses and vendor information.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales and purchase records.
- Assist with inventory management and tracking, including recording stock movements and adjustments.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree (running or completed) in a relevant subject.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
