- Knowledge about Procurement.
- Knowledge of purchase requisition and orders.
- Process purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority.
- Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists.
- Work with internal and external departments like store and end user to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.
- Look for interested suppliers and negotiate the best deal for the company
- .Customs, supply chain management, import and local purchase knowledge, understanding power of purchase requirements.
- Must have good Communication Skill.
- Must have Computer Knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, email and internet).
