Job Description

Channel Strategy and Development:

  • Develop and implement a channel sales strategy to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and strategic alliances.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and performance.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Drive sales growth through channel partners by setting clear objectives, targets, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide guidance and support to help them meet or exceed their sales goals.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to drive mutual growth.

Market Analysis and Business Development:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the channel.
  • Analyze competitors and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, webinars, and other training materials to ensure partners are equipped to sell effectively.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of channel programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance, sales metrics, and market insights to senior management.

Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure loyalty and collaboration.

Contract Negotiation and Management:

  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with channel partners.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and manage any issues related to contract execution.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales strategies, partner ecosystems, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Should have a knowledge in IT and electronics market, products and brands that we do.
