Job Description
- Take the initiative to conduct planned and unplanned observation. Constructive feedback to be given to concerned teachers and document the same to share with the Academic Leaders.
- Teach a few periods in the assigned grades and arrange for substitution classes of absent teachers, as and when required.
- Ensure that the teachers are punctual in class and use appropriate teaching aids to supplement their teaching.
- Guide teachers in the preparation of lesson plans that help achieve curriculum goals, with clear objectives for all units, lessons and projects.
- Organize weekly meetings with teachers to develop tasks and teaching materials.
- Build and maintain cooperative and cordial relationships with parents and communicate their child’s progress on a regular basis.
- Supervise the activity of students.
- Conduct Training / Recommend teachers for training targeting professional growth and development.
