Job Description

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. You will also create compelling written content that resonates with our target audience across various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Write engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms, including posts, captions, and articles.
  • Develop creative concepts and themes for social media campaigns that align with the brand's voice and objectives.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor social media trends, news, and best practices to inform content strategies.

Audience Engagement:

  • Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
  • Conduct audience research to understand preferences and tailor content accordingly.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media activities and suggest improvements based on data insights.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to create cohesive and visually appealing content.

Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
