• At least Bachelor's Degree in Management from a recognized institution.
• Must have proven working experience in a similar role for at least 2 years.
• The candidate must look after the operation of the call center, liaising with individual customers and answering inquiries through calls, emails and in social media.
• Efficient and excellent communication skills.
• Should have pleasant personality with decent voice texture.
