Job Description
Human Resources Support:
- Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).
- Help organize and coordinate HR projects (e.g. onboarding, training, staff events).
- Support the preparation of HR documents like employment contracts and letters.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Provide general support to visitors and staff.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations when necessary.
Job Specification
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in HR or office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
