Job Description
- Providing informations about tour destinations
- Creating day-by-day itineraries personalized based on clients’ ages, interests, preferences and budgets
- Educating clients about safety and security while traveling
- Guiding clients about the travel documents
- Providing guides, maps, event calendars and other useful information to clients
- Following up with clients about travel plans and making adjustments as needed
- Assisting with reservations
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, or similar field
- Experience in A certificate in travel agency
- Strong communication spoken and written English and sales skills
- Familiarity with the latest travel trends, including new destinations and activities.
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel
- Great sales and marketing ability
