Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos, stories) to increase followers and engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, reach, clicks) to optimize content and advertising.
  • Run social media ads (paid campaigns) to reach target audiences and achieve specific goals.
  • ⁠Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, communications, customer service) to ensure consistent branding.

 

Content Creation:

  • Write and schedule posts, tweets, and stories.
  • Design and create visual content (graphics, videos, infographics).
  • Develop and implement content calendars.
  • Source and share user-generated content.

 

Engagement and Community Building:

  •  ⁠Respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Foster online communities through comments, groups, and forums.
  • Host social media contests, giveaways, and events.
  • ⁠Identify and partner with influencers.

 

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, clicks).
  • ⁠Create monthly reports to stakeholders.
  • ⁠Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

 

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent branding across social media platforms.
  • ⁠Monitor and address brand reputation issues.
  • Develop and enforce social media guidelines.

 

Stay Up-to-Date:

  • ⁠Research and implement new social media trends and features.
  • Attend industry events and conferences.
  • ⁠Participate in online forums and discussions.
