Job Description
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in digital fare payment systems, fintech solutions, and payment services.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and revenue.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Identify potential clients, including transport operators, associations, vehicle owners, and public transport agencies.
Coordination with Public Transport Operators & Stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with public transport operators, vehicle owners, drivers, and transport committees to drive adoption of digital payment systems.
- Negotiate and facilitate agreements with transport unions, federations, and individual operators to integrate digital fare collection solutions.
- Organize training and awareness programs for drivers, conductors, and transport staff on the benefits of cashless payment systems.
- Address concerns, challenges, and feedback from transport stakeholders to improve product offerings.
Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and payment service providers to enhance the digital payment ecosystem.
- Develop partnerships with government agencies, municipalities, and regulatory bodies to support policy implementation for digital fare payments.
- Represent the company in industry events, meetings, and discussions related to fintech and transportation digitization.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales and adoption of digital payment solutions among transport service providers and merchants.
- Achieve revenue targets by onboarding new transport operators and expanding the company’s reach in the mobility sector.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in management or equivalent
- At least 4 years of Prior experience in sales and Business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of digital payments and fintech solutions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices or digital systems for record-keeping.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions.
