Job Description
- Provide career counseling and guidance to nursing job seekers.
- Assist candidates in preparing for job placements in the nursing sector.
- Conduct orientation sessions, career workshops, and informational sessions.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure proper job placement for nursing professionals.
- Maintain records of candidates and their progress.
- Offer support in documentation and job application procedures.
- Ensure that candidates meet the necessary qualifications and experience required for overseas or local job placements.
- Stay updated with trends in the nursing sector and provide relevant career advice.
- Coordinate with employers to understand job requirements and match suitable candidates.
- Support candidates in interview preparation and skill enhancement.
Job Specification
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Experience:
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in the nursing field.
- At least 3 years of experience in counseling, particularly for nursing students or job seekers.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong counseling and advisory skills.
- Knowledge of job placement processes for nursing professionals.
- Familiarity with local and international nursing job markets.

Salary: (45K - 50K) plus Incentives/bonus if candidate is promising and have relevant clinical plus counseling experience.
