Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Set/meet sales target as per the company policy.
  • Prepare/execute sales and marketing strategic plans/ideas.
  • Develop/generate sales and marketing schemes to generate sales and facilitating customers’ adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
  • Daily discussion, weekly meeting, and monthly presentation to CEO for achievement of target/milestones for the previous month and projection of sales for upcoming month.
  • Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time and other duties as assigned.

Duties:

  • Prepare marketing plans including digital marketing strategies, sales funnel, so forth and so on.
  • Take care of overall sales and the relating parameters including sales & marketing.
  • Understand the sensitivity of the responsibility assigned and prioritizes the task accordingly.
  • Work on achieving the set Sales Target (Monthly/ Quarterly/Annually).
  • Team/resource mobilization in achieving the set target on monthly basis followed by the annual target.
  • Organize team in an efficient/effective way to make the workflow smoother.
  • Regular meetings/visit to the potential/existing customers’ to understand the business requirement and obtaining feedbacks if any.
Job Specification

Education and Experience Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Engineering/Pharma.
  • 1+ years of experience in diagnostic/pharmaceutical sales/marketing. 
  • Age between 25-35 years (preferably female)
  • Two wheeler and a valid driving license.
