Job Description
The Digital/Social Media Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads through various online platforms. The role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience in managing social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to attract target audiences.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports with insights for improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with followers.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members for campaign execution.
- Manage website SEO and optimize content to improve visibility and ranking.
Job Specification
Education & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, copywriting).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.
- Strong communication and creativity skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
