Job Description
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the packaging and moulding industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies for generating new sales and expanding the company’s market share.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies that increase brand visibility and drive sales growth.
- Present company products and services to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve company sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports and presentations to management.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client needs and concerns.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in packaging or moulding industries.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing market demands.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close sales.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve set targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to business development.
