Job Description
- Identify, analyze, and resolve vehicle problems effectively.
- Perform regular maintenance, service tasks, and vehicle inspections.
- Offer technical assistance and guidance to customers and service personnel.
- Manage warranty-related claims and keep accurate service documentation.
- Visit customer locations for repairs and assessments as needed.
- Adhere to safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Support the training of mechanics and technicians on emerging technologies.
- Work closely with R&D and Quality teams to report and address recurring issues.
- Keep up with advancements in automotive technology and industry best practices.
Job Specification
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering.
