Job Description
Inventory Management:
- Assist in receiving, checking, and stocking incoming spare parts.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and update the database as needed.
- Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure parts availability and accuracy.
Order Fulfillment:
- Pick and pack spare parts according to order specifications.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging for shipping or delivery.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch of parts.
Customer Support:
- Assist customers or internal teams in locating and selecting the correct spare parts.
- Provide basic information about part specifications and availability.
Warehouse Maintenance:
- Keep the spare parts storage area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow safety guidelines while handling parts and equipment.
Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare reports related to inventory, orders, and deliveries.
- Assist in processing returns and managing defective parts.
