Job Description
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Maintain and update office records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department.
- Respond to inquiries, providing general information and resolving issues.
- Organize and file documents, both physical and digital, ensuring they are easily accessible.
- Support office staff in day-to-day activities.
Job Specification
- Plus two in management.
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
