Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin cum Communication Officer to oversee administrative tasks and communication efforts within our organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations while effectively managing internal and external communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement company rules, regulations, and policies for employees.
- Manage day-to-day internal operations with strong communication and coordination.
- Prepare documentation for projects, events, and activities.
- Communicate with high-profile clients and customers verbally and via email.
- Facilitate resolution of internal and external conflicts.
- Conduct market research and negotiate procurement deals with local and global IT suppliers.
Job Specification
Education & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Multitasking capability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Excellent people skills to assist customers, clients, and employees.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain digital records.
- Proficiency in IT and MS Office Package is mandatory.
