Job Description

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations related to the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the fiber optic network.

Ensure the successful execution of network projects and service delivery within the assigned province.

Supervise and provide guidance to technicians, ensuring that they meet performance standards and deliver quality results.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, and management) to ensure optimal network performance and resolve any technical issues.

Regularly assess and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all installations and maintenance activities.

Monitor and evaluate network performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary enhancements.

Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

Develop and maintain reports on network performance, service delivery metrics, and team activities
Job Specification
- 6 years plus Experience in fiber optic network operations and management
- Knowledge of GPON Technology and FTTH Internet Service
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Technical proficiency in broadband internet and IPTV services
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field
