Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead and expand our corporate client base, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the broadband industry, strong networking skills, and a proven track record in corporate sales.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to acquire and retain B2B clients.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, SMEs, and corporate accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with corporate customers.

Revenue & Target Achievement:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling broadband solutions.
  • Develop customized internet packages and solutions based on business client needs.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop data-driven sales strategies to enhance the company’s B2B market share.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with the Marketing, Technical, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, revenue forecasts, and client feedback analysis to senior management.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of corporate clients using CRM tools.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in the broadband, telecom, or IT industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sal
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments and meet deadlines.
