Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall business and technical operations within the assigned province, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
- Strategically achieve the sales targets set by the company within the province by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing plans.
- Monitor and manage customer churn across provincial branches by identifying grievances, implementing solutions, and enhancing customer retention to improve overall satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with local government bodies, vendors, and authorities to ensure all operational and legal compliances are met.
- Drive growth in market share, revenue, and profitability while maintaining cost-effectiveness across branches in the province.
- Recruit, train, and manage human resources to meet operational and sales objectives effectively.
- Track, measure, and analyze commercial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure all provincial goals are achieved.
- Coordinate and enhance the efficiency of provincial teams, including sales, customer service, and technical support, through training and guidance.
- Oversee the establishment of new branches and areas, including office setup, workforce deployment, and market entry strategies.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to improve individual and team performance.
- Analyze market trends in the province to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
- Develop strategies to improve customer experience and build goodwill to enhance the company’s brand reputation in the province.
- Ensure the financial performance of the branches aligns with company objectives, promoting cost-effective operations.
- Suggest new products and services tailored to the needs of the province to drive business growth.

Job Specification
- The candidate should have their own vehicle and laptop.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 9 years expereince in Internet Service, Network Service and IPTV Service providig industry
- Willing to work under pressure with no time boundary, should be flexible in the multi-shift working environment.
- Good communication skill is required.
- Minimum Bachelor degree is required
- Should be able to work in a team and applicant should have no issues with field visits as necessary.
