Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for broadband services in the assigned area.
- Identify potential customers, schedule appointments, and deliver effective sales presentations.
- Upsell and cross-sell internet packages and add-on services to meet customer needs.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to drive revenue growth.
Market Penetration:
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer requirements.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients and track interactions.
- Ensure market coverage by visiting residential areas, offices, and retail stores to promote broadband services.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and complaints.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure service satisfaction and address any concerns.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and report sales performance against targets and prepare sales forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and support customer acquisition campaigns.
- Coordinate with the installation and service teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Job Specification
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 6 month of sales experience, preferably in the broadband/telecom industry.
Skills:
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
