Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

 

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage benefits for employees
  • Play a pivotal role in organizational leadership focusing on efficiency, corporate culture and performance management
  • Take care from Recruitment to Exit process of Staffs
  • Provide inspirational leadership for the organization
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
  • Work closely with management team to help build organisational and people capabilities, talent management, engagement and retention
  • Lead an efficient, timely, and transparent recruitment process including selecting, orienting, and on-boarding
  • Facilitate annual performance evaluation process
  • HR Systems: Should be able to operate Classic IS systems for seamless data management
  • Branding and External Relations
  • Oversee the operational management and facilities
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
  • Other duties as assigned by the reporting manager
Job Specification

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management/Business Administration or any other relevant field
  • At least three years experience in human resources management, administration, and organizational development practices in Managerial Level
  • Able to multi-task and deliver according to deadlines
  • Proven record in negotiation & conflict resolution
  • Should be able to direct and oversee all HR processes, the skill of strategic HR Planning & management and HR Policies along with Administrative Tasks
  • Should have extensive knowledge of employment laws & practices
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate and mediate effectively
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships inside the organization at all levels
  • Ability to Lead HR and Admin team for maximum productivity
