Job Description

1.    Manpower Analysis and Talent Acquisition:

The HR Associate shall analyze the staff requirements of each department as provided by HOD or Immediate Supervisor and execute Recruitment process for staff requirements fulfillment. The Lead time to fulfill the provided staff needs shall depend on the level of staffs required.

 

2.    Recruitment Agency Relationship:

The HR associate shall maintain professional relationship with Recruitment agencies and provide manpower requirements and send them detailed report related with shortlisted, hired or rejection of provided candidates.

 

3.    Interviewing Applicants:

He / She shall take interview of applicants and process for scheduling next round of interviews for finalizing requirements with HOD/Immediate supervisor. While scheduling interviews only shortlisted candidates shall be processed for next round of Interviews. Also proper documentation and updates in System is mandatory of each candidates who are interviewed with remarks related with shortlisted or rejected reason.

 

4.    Lead Generation:

The HR associate shall use various sources of Social Media for generating leads of Applicants for creating the pool of applicants for provided manpower fulfillment or for future references. The generated leads with proper Resumes shall be entered in Vacancy Lead tab in System for references.

 

5.    Documentation:

The HR Associate shall ensure the shortlisted candidates complete all documents related with hiring which Includes

a.    PH form

b.    Service Agreement

c.    Non Disclosure Agreement

d.    PAN and Bank Details

Once all the required documents are completed it shall be entered in Classic IS for generating attendance of selected staff.

 

6.    Biometric Recording:

After generation of Employee code in System the Biometric attendance via Face recognition device shall be entered in system and regular monitoring of attendance needs to be done.

7.    Monitor system integration and follow-up:

Once an employee is hired the HR associate shall monitor his attendance and shift on regular basis so that it becomes easier for the new joiner with adapting to culture and policies of company.

 

8.    Employee Retention:

The HR associate shall handle the grievances of existing employees and ensure their grievances are properly addressed for increasing the retention of employees working for the company. A detail report regarding employee grievances shall be sent to Immediate supervisor and HOD of HR department.

 

 

9.    Reporting:

Daily report related with Recruitment process for fulfilling employees shall be sent to Recruitment Manager and HOD-HR Department clearly mentioning the details of recruitment process and all interview details shall be mandatorily entered in system.

 

Job Specification

The candidate must possess below skill and expertise to fulfill the above mentioned Responsibilities

  • Result oriented candidate with minimum 1 years of work experience in Recruitment specifically in Recruitment companies dealing with manpower fulfillment of National level Conglomerates
  • Candidate must complete minimum Bachelor degree qualification shall be preferred
  • Candidate must possess a positive and can do attitude and must have ability to manage time schedule and complete all assigned tasks
  •  A proactive candidate with attention to details for completing documentation and staff record keeping.
  • Must have bike with valid driving license and Laptop
