Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company’s broadband services, driving customer acquisition, and converting sales in the designated area. The role involves executing marketing strategies, engaging with potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals to meet the company's revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Conversion:

  • Generate leads through field visits, door-to-door marketing, and local campaigns.
  • Convert inquiries and leads into successful broadband subscriptions.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers to ensure consistent sales.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Engage with customers to understand their internet needs and offer the best-suited broadband package.
  • Provide product demonstrations and explain the benefits of different internet plans (e.g., 150 Mbps, 200 Mbps) and festival offers like "Adha Tire Pugcha."
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers to ensure sales conversion.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Identify and analyze customer preferences and trends in the local market.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to increase market share.
  • Assist in developing localized sales strategies based on insights from the area.

Brand Promotion:

  • Actively promote the company’s brand through local community engagement, events, and partnerships.
  • Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.) and ensure the visibility of brand promotions in the target area.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless installation process post-sale.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of campaigns in the local area and suggest improvements.

Reporting & KPIs:

  • Track and report on sales performance, including daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and contribute ideas to enhance conversion rates.
