Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Fiber Operation Manager based in Kathmandu. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of fiber optic network installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The manager will ensure quality service delivery, supervise technicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network performance.
Job Specification
- 4 years plus Experience in fiber optic network operations and management
- Knowledge of GPON Technology and FTTH Internet Service
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Technical proficiency in broadband internet and IPTV services
