Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Operations Specialist located for Branch Offices all across Nepal. The Branch Operations Specialist will be responsible for:
- Managing branch banking operations.
- Overseeing operations management, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintaining business relationships.
- Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Set operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectations.
- Provide guidance to staff in resolving operational issues and problems.
- Prepare operational reports, and develop and recommend procedures to be used to manage and coordinate various activities.
- Gather information and generate data on standard performance measures, maintaining contract files and reports, documenting policies.
