Job Description

Branch Manager: Looking for a candidate with 4 years of experience in Officer and above level position in the ISP/NSP or Retail industry with a deep understanding of the Operations and Administration, Sales process, and Customer Service Management: The candidate is expected to:

  1. Achieve Sales Target provided by Organization
  2. Focus on retaining existing Customers and Employees
  3. Manage all customer-related activities, handle employees' immediate grievances, taking accountability for the branch and its functions.
  4. Lead, motivate and improve the performance of the branch management team and ensure the achievement of goals and targets.
  5. Maintain, manage and monitor all customer-related operational issues.
  6. Develop and execute branch sales strategies to maximize revenues
  7. Ensure coordination between sales, marketing, accounts, and administrative departments.

  1. Target-oriented candidate with proven experience of more than 4 years in Sales Operations
  2. Candidate with the flexibility to work in any Branch office located by Company
  3. An enthusiastic person having a minimum Bachelor’s degree
  4. A leader having a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Managerial position
  5. Business maturity, discretion, and good judgment are essential qualifications for the role, as are strong communication and collaborative skills as well as a proactive approach
  6. Highly motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
