Job Description
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify and target potential clients within the assigned area to achieve sales goals and expand market share.
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote and sell company products or services.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
    • Act as a liaison between the client and the company, providing feedback and insights to enhance products or services.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the area.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, assess customer needs, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to achieve company objectives and deliver exceptional service.
    • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

    • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales progress, market conditions, and client feedback to the Sales Manager.
