Job Description

As a Junior Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing and managing online marketing campaigns, social media content, and digital branding strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance the brand’s online presence and drive engagement through effective content and advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meta Ads Management: Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Handle daily posting, engagement, and growth strategies for various social media platforms.
  • Content Writing & Planning: Develop creative and compelling content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
  • Design Knowledge: Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing graphics for campaigns. Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • SEO & Analytics: Monitor social media and ad performance, analyze insights, and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Leadership & Responsibility: Take ownership of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordination: Work closely with different teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in English and Nepali (spoken and written).
  • Experience with social media management and content writing.
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and digital marketing trends.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop (preferred).
  • Hardworking, punctual, and responsible with leadership qualities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
