Job Description
Location: Krishna Galli, Pulchowk, Lalitpur, Nepal
Office Time: 2 PM - 10 PM
(Operation: 10 AM - 10 PM)

Job Summary
This position involves handling phone calls to manage customer orders, inquiries, invoice questions, and complaints. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional company image through effective telephone interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Call Handling – Answer inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints.
- Order Processing – Provide product details, take orders, and follow up to boost sales.
- Call Transfer – Direct calls to the concerned department or staff.
- Customer Support – Handle inquiries via phone/email, resolve issues, and ensure follow-ups.
- Customer Feedback – Collect feedback via calls, mobile apps, and websites to improve service.
- Database Management – Maintain and update customer records.
- Reporting – Maintain call logs, document issues, and prepare reports.
- Call Monitoring – Track call quality and agent performance.
- Delivery Coordination – Work with the dispatch team to ensure timely deliveries.
Note: Availability required during major festivals (Dashain, Tihar & Holi).
