Job Description

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Post job openings on career websites, newspapers, and universities boards
  • Review applications and conduct interviews
  • Manage Recruitment Process of Selected candidates
  • Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires. Manage Onboarding and Induction of New Joinees and fulfill all Joining Process (Documentation and Appointment related Works)

Annual Plan & Budgeting:

  • Prepare, Plan & Execute Annual Plan for Employee Welfare Activities & Training

SOP’s & Policies Formation & Implementation:

  • Develop/Update SOP’s & policies required for smooth operation of HR Department and for clarity of Process
  • Implement the approved New/Revised/Current policies and communicate the same to all Employees as per requirement
  • Design and implement Organization chart ; JD and JS for each position

Payroll Management:

  • Initiate and process for Payroll/Salary dispersion every Month by 6th of Every Month
  • Process for SSF Deposit of Employee every Month after processing of salary by 14th of Every Nepali Month
  • Maintain proper documentation of salary Processed/SSF Deposit processed

Employee Engagement:

  • Plan & Coordinate Employee Engagement Programs as per Annual Plan/Approval of Management Team

Training Plan & Coordination:

  • Plan Training with coordination and Discussion with HOD’s for individual Employees & Departments.
  • Conduct Training Need Identification with coordination of HOD;s and plan for Training needs accordingly
  • Coordinate and Execute Internal/External Training programs for Employees

Performance Management:

  • Oversee performance review process
  • Provide guidance to supervisors on performance improvement strategies
  • Conduct and Plan for Annual Appraisal process & Review Process

HR Reporting and Analytics:

  • Provide HR MIS Reports to Management
  • Generate reports on HR metrics, like turnover rates and hiring statistics
  • Analyze data to inform HR strategies

Admin Role:

  • Look after few admin duties too
