Job Description

We are looking for a Detail-Oriented Documentation Officer to join our Kathmandu office. If you have experience in managing student documentation and ensuring compliance with international university and visa requirements, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Handling: Collect, verify, and organize student documents required for university applications and visa processing.
  • File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student applications, offers, and visa status.
  • Compliance & Verification: Ensure all submitted documents meet university and visa requirements, minimizing errors and delays.
  • Application Support: Assist counselors in preparing complete student files for submission to universities and visa authorities.
  • Communication with Stakeholders: Coordinate with students, universities, and visa offices regarding document-related queries.
  • Timely Submission: Ensure all required documents are submitted within deadlines to avoid processing delays.
  • Plagiarism & Authenticity Checks: Verify the authenticity of academic transcripts, financial statements, and other supporting documents.
  • Follow-Ups: Keep track of pending documents and communicate with students for timely submission.
     
Job Specification
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in documentation handling within an educational consultancy (Mandatory)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to review documents with accuracy and spot errors
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple applications and maintain systematic records
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian university admission processes, visa regulations, and scholarship options
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to counsel students and handle inquiries professionally
  • Team Player: Strong ability to coordinate with colleagues and external stakeholders
