Position: Senior Officer/ Officer-Branch Manager (Namche)
The aspirant candidate is expected to be a dynamic leader, should have an aptness in decision making and must possess sound communication skill with strong customer relationship building ability and should be target driven. The applicant must have a proven track record of steady performance.
Position: Junior Officer/ Senior Assistant- (Credit Namche)
Candidates are expected to be highly motivated individuals with sound knowledge on credit relationship management with capacity to execute credit function of the Bank smoothly and prudently.
Position: Senior Assistant (Operations Namche)
Candidates are expected to have sound knowledge on operation areas of Bank with in-depth know how of the relevant NRB regulations and operational policies.
Minimum Qualification and Requirement:
> For Senior Officer Level: Master’s Degree in the field of Commerce/ Management/ Banking/ Economics/ Finance with 3 years of relevant experience in “A/B” Class Financial Institution or Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Commerce/ Management/Banking/ Economics,/Finance with 4 years of relevant experience in “A/B” Class Financial Institution and age not exceeding 40 years as on application deadline.
> For Officer Level: Master’s Degree in the field of Commerce/ Management/ Banking/ Economics/ Finance with 2 years of relevant experience in “A/B” class Financial Institution or Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Commerce, Management, Banking, Economics, Finance, Business with 3 years of relevant experience in “A/B” class Financial Institution and age not exceeding 40 years as on application deadline.
> Junior Officer Level: Minimum Plus Two Level in the field of Commerce/ Management/Business with 2 years of relevant experience in “A/B” Class Financial Institution and age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.
> Senior Assistant Level: Minimum Plus Two Level in the field of Commerce, Management, Business with at least 1.5 years of work experience in “A/B” Class Financial Institutions and age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.
The candidate applying for – Senior Officer/Officer Level should have at least 1 year experience in one level below the applied position in reputed BFIs.
