Cricket Association of Saptari and Nepal Cricket Foundation is implementing the project “Cricket for Equality” in support of MCC Foundation-Charitable arm of Marylebone Cricket Club based at Lords Cricket Ground, UK and in partnership with Cricket Without Boundaries and Saptari Cricket Association.
Position: Community Coach (Part time)

The Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the session plan in the public schools as developed by the Cricket for Equality program Head Coach.
- Report the coaching session by filling the web-based data set.
- Work with schools to promote girls cricket with in school sporting provision.
Qualification:
- Prior coaching experience to girls in the public schools.
- Have played for District Cricket team.
- Have taken child Protection Training (or be willing to under go child protection training prior to starting the role.)
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Experience of coaching primary school aged children, inspiring them to participate in sport and physical activity.
- Candidate to have a genuine enthusiasm and commitment to working with young people from socially deprived backgrounds. (Desirable)
- Have the ability to deliver high quality sessions and work under the guidance of the Cricket for Equality coaching team members (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills with children and be well organized.
- A flexible approach with the ability to adjust to different requirements as priorities change.
- Flexible to travel to near by districts and cities if required.
Working Hours: 2 hours every day (4 to 5 days a week)
Duty Station: Saptari
