Soaltee Hotel Limited announces vacancy for Legal Officer

Soaltee Hotel Limited (the ‘Company’) is a stock listed Public Limited Company Pioneering in Hospitality owns and operates. The Soaltee Kathmandu, a luxury Five Star Hotel seeking to recruit competent, determined, self-motivated, result oriented, dynamic, confident, ambitious and enthusiastic candidates for the following positions based in Kathmandu for its Corporate Division. The prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:

Minimum Requirements:

Age:

• Below 35 Years

Education:

• Must have completed BBM LLB/ BA LLB or equivalent with practicing license form Nepal Bar Council. Preference will be given to those having LLM degree and specialization in Commercial Law/Contractual Law.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of work experience in similar capacity in a reputed organization/ law fir.

Knowledge/Abilities:

• Must have working knowledge of Nepalese Corporate Law, Contractual Law and related Laws.
• Should possess excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Nepali languages.
• Sharp knowledge of Nepalese Law and excellent legal documentation skills in English and Nepali language.
• Ability to coordinate with Legal Advisor, Division/Department and Associates Companies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Tools with excellent typing skill in Nepali legal documents.
• Excellent skills in legal agreement/litigation application drafting in accordance with Nepal and international legal frame work and standard.
