Management Association of Nepal (MAN) invites application for the following post

Executive Director

Core Competencies
Lead the organization under the guidance of Board of MAN in all fields of its core functions of:

  • Organization Management & Strategic Oversight
  • Executive Policies and Programs implementation
  • Budget Management
  • Human Resource Planning and Management, Training Development.
  • Membership Development and Motivation
  • National, Regional and Local Level Program Planning and Management
  • Build strong national and international relation and networking with GoN, Public and Private sectors.

Qualification: Master’s Degree in Management/Economics/Corporate Law or other relevant subjects
Experience: Minimum 10+ years’ experience with proven track record in managing training programs, consulting services and research activities. Experienced in related field is preferred.
Age: Between 35-50 years
Compensation: Attractive salary package as per the Organization rules. Can be negotiated.
Terms of Employment: Two years term with initial probation period of three months.

Director-Admin and Finance

Core Competencies
Lead the organization under the guidance of Executive Director in all field of its core function of:

  • Overall day to day operation handling
  • Drive the organization’s financial planning
  • Develop financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans and reporting all the financial details to the board.
  • Membership development and motivation.
  • Organize and develop training programs
  • Proposal preparation and publications management.
  • Educational institution administration and management etc.

Qualification: Master’s Degree in Management from reputed University
Experience: Minimum 5+ years’ experience in related field
Age: Between 35-50 years
Compensation: attractive salary package as per the Organiation rules. Can be negotiated.
