1 Investment Banking Department & Portfolio Management Service Department
A Head of the Departments (Officer-Assistant Manager)-2
- Education: Master’s Degree in management/Economics or Equivalent, or CA/ACCA/CPA/CFA.
- Experience:
> For Officer Level, at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in Mid-level Management, preferably in Investment Banking (Portfolio Management Services & Assets Management) or in bank and financial institutions.
> For Managerial Level, at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in Mid-level Management, preferably in Investment Banking (portfolio Management Services & Assets Management) or in bank and financial institutions.
B (Assistant – Supervisor)- 2
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Equivalent, or Semi-CA (CAP II passed) or ACCA- Student (Fundamental level completed).
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the related field (preferably in banking/insurance/investment banking).
2 Research Department & Financial Advisory Department
A Head of the Departments (Officer-Assistant Manager)- 2
- Education: Master’s Degree in Management/Economics or Equivalent, or CA/ACCA/CPA/CFA.
- Experience: For Officer Level, at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in Mid-level Management, preferably in Research and Financial Analysis.
B (Assistant – Supervisor)- 2
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Equivalent, or Semi-CA (CAP II passed) or ACCA- Student (Fundamental level Completed).
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the related field (preferably in Research and Financial Analysis).
3 Human Resources Department
A Head of the Department (Officer-Assistant Manager)-1
- Education: Master’s Degree in Management or Equivalent (Preferably in Human Resource)
- Experience: For Officer Level, At least 2 years of experience in HR Field.
For Manager Level, At least of 4 year of experience in HR Field.
B (Assistant- Supervisor)-1
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Equivalent (preferably in Human Resource)
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR Field
4 IT Department- Head of the Department (Officer)-1
- Education: Master’s Degree in relevant field or BE/BCA/BSc CSIT
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in related field for Master degree holder or at least 5 years of experience for Bachelor degree holder.
5 Treasury, Risk & Compliance Department- (Assistant-Supervisor)-1
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent, or Semi-CA (CAP II passed) or ACCA-Student (fundamental level completed).
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the related field (preferably in banking/insurance/investment banking/audit)
6 Management Trainee-5
- Education: Master’s Degree in Management/Economics or Equivalent.
7 Finance & Planning Department – (Assistant-Supervisor)-2
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Equivalent, or Semi-CA (CAP II passed) or ACCA-Student (Fundamental level Completed).
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in similar business operation with sound knowledge of Accounting/Book Keeping & Reconciliation. High level of proficiency in MS Excel, Ms Access and other Database Management Tools is preferable.
