Position: Operation Assistant

Qualification: Intermediate level from a recognized university/college
Required Knowledge and Skills: Candidates must be able to deal with the customers constantly throughout the banking hours and not only help the customer have a good experience but also offer them an experience that exceeds their applications.
Experience: At least 1 year of banking experience in operation/sales
Position: Operation Incharge
No of Vacancies: 15
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university/college
Required Knowledge and Skills: The position is responsible to drive entire operation of the assigned branch, provide excellent service to customers, control costs and ensure all operational functions afre properly performed by the staff while conveying a feeling of trust, service, security and satisfaction to customer.
Experience: At least 3 years of banking experience for operation Level and 2 years of banking experience for Assistant Level in cash/remittance/customer service.
Position: Relationship Manager (Officer Level/Assistant level)
No of Vacancies: 30
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university/college for officer level and Intermediate level from a recognized university/college for Assitant level.
Required Knowledge and Skills: Candidate is required to be enthusiastic in generating new business by identifying opportunities for possible sales for credit/deposit products and other ancillary services, building and maintaining relationships with customers, offering them banking products and advising them on various banking related activities.
Experience: At least 3 year of banking experience for Officer Level and 2 years of banking experience for Assistant level in credit/deposit sales.
Position: Branch Manager
No of Vacancies: 15
Qualification: Preference shall be given to Master’s Degree from a recognized university/college
Required Knowledge and Skills: Candidates need to be acquainted with overall credit/deposit sales and fundamental knowledge of operational functions of the bank and have the ability to lead diverse team effectively, demonstrate strong sense of work ethics, and have strong drive with a demonstrated willingness to take on challenging sales targets.
Experience: At least 5 years of banking experience for Managerial Level and 3 years of banking experience for Officer Level in credit/deposit sales and basic operations.
Note: The applicant must be presently working at the same level or one level below the position applied for.
