Naugad Rural Municipality announces vacancies for Teachers (Primary, Basic and Secondary Level)

Naugad Rural Municipality (Gaupalika), Rural Municipal Executive Office, Hoprigad, Darchula, Sudurpaschim Province, Nepal Notification inviting applications for teacher recruitment through open and internal competitive examination

Since the vacant posts of teachers at the following levels in different public schools within Naugad Rural Municipality have to be filled through open and internal competitive examination; Candidates who have qualified in accordance with the "Procedures for Appointment of Teachers in Teaching Learning Support Subsidy Quota-2079" of Naugad Rural Municipality must submit the application to the Education, Youth and Sports Branch of the Rural Municipality within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice for the first time. This notice is published for the information of all concerned. The advertisement notice can also be viewed on the website of Rural Municipality www.naugadmun.gov.np.

Type of Examination: The type of examination and marking will be as per the syllabus of the Teachers Service Commission.

Examination Centre: Social Secondary School Saunkebgarh, Naugad 5 Darchula.

Exam Schedule: First Paper: Dated 2079-05-03 from 11 am, Second Paper: Dated 2079-05-05 from 11 am

Date of Interview: The result of the written test will be published after the release.

Application Fee:

• Rs.1200 for secondary level (11-12).
• Rs. 1000 for secondary level (9-10).
• Rs. 700 for lower secondary level
• Rs. 500/- should be paid for the primary level.

Last date for submission of application: 04-28-2079 within office hours (if the said day falls on a public holiday, the first day after which the office opens)

Place/means of submission of application form: Naugad Rural Municipality Rajshch branch or for those who submit the form by email C-1.1 Internal Rajshch Naugad account no. The application fee as specified in $40401000007 must be submitted to the Voucher Office after submitting it to the bank.

Candidate Age Limit: 18 years and not exceeding 40 years (One-time age limit will not apply for internal competition participants)

Salary Allowance and other benefits: As prescribed by Naugad Rural Municipality Rural Municipal Executive

Required Minimum Educational Qualification:

a) For secondary level (11-12) having received a master's degree in the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution

b) For secondary level (9-10) having obtained a bachelor's degree in the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution and obtained a permanent teaching permit.

c) Have passed the proficiency certificate level in the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution for the lower secondary level and obtained a permanent teaching permit.

d) Having passed the proficiency certificate level in the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution for the primary level and obtained a permanent teaching permit.

Documents to be submitted along with the application:

a) Certified copy of Nepali Citizenship Certificate,

b) Attested copies of educational qualification certificates,

c) Copy of teaching permit,

d) 3 copies of recent passport size photograph

e) Copy of appointment letter of concerned school and service certificate from P.A. for internal competition.

Application Submission Venue: Naugad Rural Municipality Education, Youth and Sports Branch, Hoparigad, Darchula. Also, the application can be submitted by email, for which Rural Municipality's email is [email protected], and also can be sent to email Education, Youth, and Sports branch at [email protected].

Observation: 1. If the candidate with a teaching license in English, Mathematics, and Science does not apply or fails to pass, the candidate who has qualified in the relevant subject can also be selected.

Observation: 3. If the teacher working in the school does not meet the above-mentioned qualifications and certificates in the internal competitive examination, the teacher will not be included in the internal competitive examination and the post will be automatically filled through the open competitive examination.

Observation: 3. To participate in the internal competition, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

a) Working continuously for at least 1 academic session till the end of June 2079

b) It is mandatory to have a teaching license at the primary level, but in the case of Lower Secondary Level and Secondary Level, even if there is no teaching license in the subjects of English, Mathematics, and Science.

c) The teacher working in the concerned school will be allowed to participate in the internal examination of any level of the concerned school if he/she meets the qualification.

d) In case of not applying for any post of internal competition, if the candidate fails to pass the exam, the post will be filled by an open competitive exam.
