1. Position and Required minimum qualification and experience related details

a) Water Supply Sanitation and Hygiene Coordinator (Advertisement no SusWA- 01/2079/80, Required no.: 1

– Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Civil engineering, Rural development, Sociology, Commerce or equivalent) graduate or Diploma in Civil engineering and Bachelor’s in other subject with 5 years of experience in Community Development, Planning & management, minimum 3 years work experience in SusWA area
– Excellent in social mobilization & training facilitation skills.
– Knowledge of basic computer (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) and able to do report writing.
– Special preference to related local level resident.

b) Technical Facilitator (Advertisement no. SusWA- 02/2079/80, Required no.: 1

– Minimum Intermediate/Diploma level in Civil Engineering with 3 years work experience in community based rural water supply & sanitation activities Survey, Design, supervision/monitoring and evaluation.
– Knowledge of basic computer (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) and able to do report writing.
– Knowledge of AutoCAD or related software.
– Excellent in social mobilization & training facilitation skills.
– Special preference to related local level resident.

c) Water Supply Sanitation and Hygiene Facilitator (Advertisement no. SusWA – 03/2079/80, Required no. – 1

– Minimum Intermediate in Public Health or other relevant discipline.
– Excellent in social mobilization & training facilitation skills.
– Special preference to related local level resident.

2. Age: Not exceeding 18 to 45 years
3.
